Hotel lindo e ótima localização
Hotel muito bem localizado, perto do metro e de uma rua com muitos bares (principalmente LGBT) e locais para comer (e oxxo e 7ven do lado). O quarto muito confortável e hotel muito bonito. O wifi era exclusivo por quarto.
Passei um pouco de frio de noite e não tinha coberta extra no quarto.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto de uma estação de metro e no bairro Reforma que é um ponto turístico em si mesmo. Bastante seguro por ser perto de uma delegacia de policia. A equipe é prestativa. O café da manhã é bom e variado.
Pelas imagens do quarto divulgadas, não tinha percebido que os quartos tinham carpete, o que para eu que sou alérgica não foi bom. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando, e isso foi um problema pois o quarto não tem janela que abre e ficou bem quente. Tentaram compensar com um ventilador, o que ajudou. Acreditávamos que tinhamos o café incluído e descobrimos que não estava. Tivemos que pagar a parte, então o custo beneficio já não ficou tão bom. O café é variado, e valeu pelo preço.

Satisfatório
A localização é perfeita. Muito perto de bares e restaurantes e muito centrica. O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura para turismo com passeios acessíveis. O quarto tinha uma vista ótima. Café da manhã mesmo pago era muito bom.
O ar condicionado não funcionou. Sentimos muito calor. As toalhas tinham aspecto de sujo. A instalação em si - carpete, sofá, cama, chuveiro não estava nas melhores condições.
